Privacy policy.
Effective 5 September 2026. TripleBill stores the business data you enter so you can run your business with it. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to advertise to your customers.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone, password (stored hashed)
- Business data you enter: customers, items, invoices, purchases, expenses, payments, stock
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser, IP address, for security and diagnostics
- Optional sign-in identity from Google or phone OTP via Firebase
How we use it
- To provide the service: billing, books, reports, the mobile app and Triple AI
- To keep your account secure and detect abuse
- To answer support requests
- To send service messages about your account
Triple AI
When you use Triple AI, the question you type, an attached photo, and the specific business records needed to answer are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate the reply. Drafts and results are stored in your account. We do not use your data to train models, and Google's API terms govern its handling of requests.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run TripleBill (hosting, email, the AI model provider, payment gateway for subscriptions), with people you add to your organisation according to their permissions, and when required by law.
Your choices
- Export your reports and ledgers at any time
- Update or delete customers, items and documents (subject to accounting rules on issued documents)
- Ask us to delete your account and its data by contacting support
