Stock updates itself
Tracked products move with your documents: sales out, purchases in, cancellations reversed. Manual adjustments for damage, counting differences or samples take a reason and show up in the movement history, so the number on screen is always explainable.

Alerts before you run out
Set a reorder level on any item. The dashboard and the low-stock report show what has dropped below it, with the quantity left and the reorder level side by side.

Barcodes and product photos

Services do not track stock; products can be tracked or untracked per item.
Can I import my product list?+
Yes, from a spreadsheet, and there is a demo catalog to try things out.
Does it track batches and expiry?+
Stock is tracked per item today. Batch-wise expiry tracking is on the roadmap; pharmacies use SKU naming and the dead-stock report meanwhile.
